Chart of the Mediterranean at an approximate scale of 1:5,800,000, entitled Pas-Caart van de Middelandsche Zee. Vertonende in twee deelen. It was printed in Amsterdam in 1673 by Pieter Goos (1615-1675), Dutch cartographer and editor from a mapmaking family.
The chart is decorated with three cherubs: two hold an armillary sphere (one also holds callipers) and the third holds a crossbow and has an astrolabe at its feet.
